This document outlines the annual membership renewal process and requirements. RENEWAL PERIOD -------------- Membership renewals are accepted from 1 November through 31 January each year. Renewals received after this period may be subject to a late fee of USD 50. RENEWAL FEES (Annual) --------------------- Full Member Organisation: USD 500 Associate Member Organisation: USD 300 Affiliate Member Organisation: USD 200 Individual Supporter: USD 75 All fees are payable in US Dollars via bank transfer or online payment gateway. RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS -------------------- 1. Complete the Membership Renewal Form (WICSO-MRF-2025) 2. Submit current year's annual report or activity summary 3. Provide updated contact information for primary and secondary representatives 4. Confirm acceptance of any amendments to WICSO policies 5.
