WICSO offers a range of programs designed to support youth development, leadership training, and organisational capacity building across member organisations.

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Youth Leadership Program (YLP)
- Ages: 15-18 years
- Duration: 12 months
- Focus: Leadership skills, community service, intercultural dialogue
- Format: Residential camps, online learning, community projects
- Impact: 1,200 graduates across 15 countries in 2025

Global Citizenship Exchange
- Ages: 16-20 years
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Focus: Cross-cultural understanding, language learning, global issues
- Format: Exchange visits between member countries

Environment and Sustainability Program
- Ages: 12-18 years
- Focus: Environmental awareness, climate action, conservation projects
- Activities: Tree planting, clean-up campaigns, eco-camps

LEADER TRAINING PROGRAMS

Training of Trainers (ToT)
- Duration: 10 days
- Certification: WICSO Master Trainer
- Modules: Training design, facilitation skills, evaluation

Leadership Development Course
- Duration: 5 days
- Focus: Strategic leadership, governance, change management
- Audience: Senior leaders and executive council members

Safeguarding Training
- Duration: 2-3 days
- Focus: Child protection, risk management, reporting procedures
- Requirement: Mandatory for all personnel working with youth
