World Islamic Countries Organisation for Scouts and Guides

Welcome to the WICSO Membership Guide. This document provides an overview of membership categories, benefits, and the application process.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
----------------------
Full Member: National scout or guide organisations in Islamic countries. Full members have voting rights and are eligible for accreditation.

Associate Member: Regional scout organisations, educational institutions, and youth-focused organisations. Associate members have limited voting rights.

Affiliate Member: Organisations that support the objectives of WICSO but do not meet the criteria for full or associate membership. Affiliate members participate in programs and events.

Individual Supporter: Individuals who wish to support WICSO's mission. Individual supporters receive updates and may participate in selected activities.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

Fee schedules are established by the Executive Council and ratified by the General Assembly. Fees vary by membership category and are assessed annually.

APPLICATION PROCESS
--------------------
1. Review the membership criteria and select the appropriate category
2. Complete the Membership Application Form
3. Submit supporting documents as specified in the application
4. Await review by the Executive Council (typically 60-90 days)
5. Upon approval, pay the applicable membership fee
6. Receive your membership certificate and welcome package
