It ensures consistent and objective evaluation across all accreditation reviews. RATING SCALE ------------- Level 4: Exemplary - The organisation consistently exceeds the standard with evidence of innovation and best practice Level 3: Proficient - The organisation fully meets the standard with clear evidence of effectiveness Level 2: Developing - The organisation partially meets the standard with some evidence of progress Level 1: Emerging - The organisation has begun to address the standard but evidence is limited Level 0: Not Addressed - The standard has not been addressed DOMAIN 1: GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP ------------------------------------- 1.1 Governance Structure - Level 4: Comprehensive governance framework with regular review - Level 3: Clear structure with documented roles and responsibilities - Level 2: Basic structure in place but gaps exist - Level 1: Informal governance with limited documentation 1.2 Strategic Planning - Level 4: Strategic plan with measurable goals and regular review - Level 3: Strategic plan in place with defined objectives - Level 2: Basic planning but not formally documented - Level 1: No strategic planning process DOMAIN 2: PROGRAM QUALITY --------------------------- 2.1 Program Design and Delivery - Level 4: Innovative programs with demonstrated outcomes - Level 3: Well-designed programs aligned with standards - Level 2: Programs exist but limited alignment with standards - Level 1: Programs lack structure or consistency EVALUATION PROCESS ------------------- Reviewers assess each standard using the rubric, gather evidence through document review, observations, and interviews, and prepare a detailed evaluation report with ratings and recommendations.
